About Us

 Chef Tim Ross


Tim Ross is a CAP graduate of the Bi-Lingual Chef's Training Program at the prestigious Ecole Superieur de Cuisine Francaise (Groupe Ferrandi) in Paris. He worked at Restaurant Chiberta near the Champs Elysees and at the magnificent Hotel de Crillon on the Place de la Concorde. On his return to the States he did a short stint at Campanile Restaurant in Los Angeles. There he started BeGourmet Cooking and Catering where he provided catering services for small parties and large events and taught cooking classes. Now located in Walnut Creek, BeGourmet Catering still provides exceptional global cuisine for all kinds of events. He has also appeared on television as a guest chef.


Our goals with the catering side of the business is  to provide non-commercial, high quality global cusine for almost any event. We believe that we stand out in offering unusually flavorful dishes that will make your event stand out as well. We make everything in house and can customize our menu for nearly any ethnic theme or personal taste. Any occasion that's worth catering is worth having food that you can't get anywhere else. And if you do have a certain craving.... well, we can probably take care of that too.
